All participants to this sale are deemed to have read and understood the full Conditions of Sale as displayed in the saleroom and printed in this catalogue. All visitors to the sale site are there at their own risk and will have no claim on the auctioneers or property owner in the event of any accident, injury or neglect however caused.
Purchased lots must be collected from the sale site before 6 p.m. on the sale day unless a specific request has been made to Peter Card. A £10 +VAT fee per day will be levied on all uncollected lots, storage charges will accrue from the sale day.
Payment must be made within four working days of the sale.

and are not subject to return for any reason.
Many of the bicycles and tricycles offered may have had a chequered history and with the passage of time replacement parts and alterations may not be obvious or their true nature easily identified. All statements made in this catalogue are given in good faith but do not form part of the contract to purchase. The estimates printed in the catalogue are for your guidance only and therefore may not reflect current enthusiasms or demands.
Many of the lots offered in today's sale come from significant European collections and are offered
'Without Reserve'
Due to space limitations, we will not be able to clear during the sale. After the sale, we would ask that all customers should vacate the barn while we prepare for payments and delivery.
Bidding will be by number. Please register to bid on the sale day and supply proof of identity.
